This hotel is in a fantastic location especially if your going to a show or concert in the city centre. All the public areas were well kept but our room was dirty and really needed some attention. When I pointed this out I expected the issue to be rectified by the time I came back from my concert, but it was not. I was disappointed by this as the staff were given the opportunity to do so.Although this happened I will go there again and hopefully they will have taken this on board. I do hope so, it is a nice place. Their own restraunt is fantastic!! food good, service great. The server we had only been there for a very short time and she was spot on, well done!!!
